These Terms govern your use of kundality.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Kundality provides

Kundality computes astrology charts and readings (Vedic, KP, numerology, and tarot) using a rules-based engine, and uses AI to explain the result in plain language. Readings are interpretive and are offered for guidance and reflection. We make no claim that any reading is factually accurate, predictive, or a guarantee of any outcome.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on the Service is professional advice. Do not rely on a reading to make medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, or other significant decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a professional immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use automated means to scrape, harvest, or bulk-access the Service beyond ordinary personal use;
• reverse-engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without our permission;
• misrepresent your identity or submit another person's data without their consent.

5. Your account

Sign-in is passwordless, using a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been misused.

6. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short, we do not store your birth details or reading conversations in our database.

7. Tokens, Sessions and Payments

Free or paid tokens may be offered from time to time. Each token is intended for one complete reading session, including reasonable follow-up questions while the session remains active.

Tokens are personal, non-transferable and have no cash value. Pricing, validity and any applicable expiry will be shown before purchase. Readings are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once delivered. The only exception is a verified technical failure that prevents delivery of a paid session, in which case we may restore the affected token or provide another appropriate remedy; to report such a failure, email [email protected] with a screenshot.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, engine, design, and branding, is owned by Kundality and protected by applicable law. You may use your own readings for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content or software without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that readings are correct, complete, or suitable for any decision.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kundality and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on a reading. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service.

11. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will change and continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The Service is operated by Vectorchunks Pte Ltd (UEN: 202637922W), a company incorporated in Singapore. Kundality is a product of Vectorchunks Pte Ltd.
